Chef Alynna Tan

A creative at heart with a produce-driven approach to her cooking, Alynna graduated from the Culinary Institute of America.

She brings a wealth of experience from her time with Michelin-starred restaurants like Oslo’s Maaemo, as well as Odette and Esora in Singapore.

Chef Joseph Teoh

An experienced entrepreneur and chef, Joseph brings with him expertise from working with Nancy Silverton at Mozza Singapore and running his own restaurants in Malaysia.

Joseph’s experience at Singapore Airport Terminal Services also saw him managing high volume kitchens, as well as research and development of aviation meals.
