Our vouchers are available in the denomination of S$50 and have a validity period of 6 months from date of issuance.
Vouchers can be used across all Jigger & Pony Group establishments: Jigger & Pony, Humpback, Gibson, Live Twice, Rosemead, Wine Meadow, Sugarhall and Caffe Fernet.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Our vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.
HOW Do I MAKE PAYMENT?
Upon confirmation of purchase over email, an invoice will be prepared for payment. Payment methods include PayNow, bank transfer and credit card payments via Stripe. Credit card payments will incur a 1.4% admin fee.
HOW DO I COLLECT MY VOUCHERS?
You may opt to collect your vouchers at Live Twice, 18 Bukit Pasoh Road, or have them mailed to a Singapore address with an additional S$3 mailing fee.
